Stop Listening

the voice in your head is not telling you the truth

Let’s talk about the voice in your head.

You know the one. The voice that says:

  • “I'm not quite ready.”

  • “I'm not experienced enough.”

  • “Make multiple 6- or 7-figures? Me?”

  • “Others are already doing it probably better than I could (whatever your idea is).”

It sounds like your voice - but it’s not the real you.

Those words are coming from deeply ingrained limiting beliefs.

That inner voice thinks it's protecting you from being hurt. But in reality it's not letting you grow.

When you see the same patterns with your career, relationships or money - it's your subconscious programming running the show.

Here's the truth: worthiness isn't earned. It's your birthright.

That dream business? You're worthy. That $1M+ income? You're worthy. That dream role? You're worthy. The only permission you need is your own.

The part of you that learned to avoid pain, risk, failure, or rejection? It developed before you had discernment and the ability to reframe things you were told, heard, or experienced.

The real danger?

Believing this voice without questioning it.

You confuse fear and old programming with fact. Caution with truth. And before you know it, you’re playing small.

Not because you’re not capable or qualified, but because you believed you weren't.

So how do you break free?

If you've read books or tried therapy, it will only take you so far. Here are a few practical ways to challenge the voice of self-doubt and reclaim your power:

🧠 1. Label the Voice

Name it. Is it your inner critic? A past version of you? Someone else's judgment that stuck? Giving it a name creates distance and helps you stop identifying with it.

Acknowledge the thought, and say to yourself; "No thank you, not today."

✍️ 2. Interrupt the Thought Loop

Write down the exact thought you’re having. Then ask:

  • “Is this 100% true?”

  • “Where did this thought come from?”

  • “What would I say to a friend who believed this?”

💭 3. Try a ‘Truth Reframe’

Instead of “I’m not ready,” try:

“I may not feel ready, but I’m willing to begin.” It’s not about lying to yourself—it’s about giving your inner compass a new direction to follow.

🕯️ 4. Realign Your Subconscious Beliefs with Shadow Work

Self-doubt and feelings of unworthiness are rooted in old wounds. Beliefs within our subconscious that are often invisible to us on the conscious level.

These hidden subconscious beliefs often show up as fears or feelings of:

  • not being worthy

  • not being enough

  • shame

  • rejection

How would your life be different if you dropped the "not enough" or "not worthy" inner story today?

The voice in your head is not the truth. It’s a pattern. A recording. An old story that’s been playing on loop.

It’s time to rewrite it, with you in the lead.

I created a Shadow Work Bundle from my own experience and training as a certified professional coach - to address these very issues. It's a guided toolkit designed to help you:

  • Uncover and realign the hidden drivers of feelings of being unworthy or not enough.

  • Explore your relationship with money. How is it tied into your self-worth?

  • Identify hidden beliefs keeping you from the things you most want in life.

  • Tap into your ideal vision for yourself and your life.

If you’re tired of hiding behind old patterns and ready to live a more empowered life, this is for you.

Until next time,
